Every item is made to order especially for you. This allows us to create unique, high-quality products while reducing waste through on-demand production.
Processing Time
Orders typically take 1–5 business days to be produced before they are shipped.
During holidays or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are:
- United States: 2–7 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
At this time, Hope & Hallelujah ships only within the United States.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 on orders under $89
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $89 or more
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@hopeandhallelujah.com. While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered production.
Hope & Hallelujah is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please first contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. If you still need assistance, feel free to email us at hello@hopeandhallelujah.com, and we'll be happy to help however we can.
